Be confident in your trip details.

By booking your trip in advance, you will know exactly when the car and chauffeur will arrive to begin your trip. Your chauffeur will greet you and brief you on your trip details. We will do our very best to meet any of your trip requests including refreshments, newspapers and/or magazines, favorite radio stations or music, or just silence. Tell us your preferences and we will do everything we can to meet them.

We employ professional chauffeurs.

Normal drivers deliver food, drop off packages, or get you from point A to point B — nothing more. Chauffeurs provide a service that extends far beyond simply driving you wherever you want to go. Our chauffeurs provide concierge level service to take the worry out of your ground transportation journey.

Our chauffeurs receive comprehensive training.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires chauffeurs to receive at least eight and a half hours of hands-on training. At Lusso Executive Transportation Service, LLC, we additionally have our chauffeurs complete a company-level training program during their first 13 weeks of employment. We also hold ongoing education workshops.

Your privacy matters.

Although we require basic personal information to complete your reservation, we never sell or share your information. The one exception is that we will cooperate with any legal demands presented after consulting with our attorney.

The safety of you, your family, friends, and associates is our top priority.

All of our chauffeurs and employees undergo a complete background check at the local, state, and federal levels. This includes an FBI fingerprint check. Our employees and chauffeurs also undergo first aid training.
